Built in 1892, you'll be charmed by the history and beauty of this house with its architecture worthy of the great houses of New England.
The past owners felt in love with this century-old house. Abandoned since 2000, this magnificent residence was doomed to demolition.
Historically, the house has been successively owned by two forest businessmen, who both became mayors of the town. The building being large, premises were rented to the city health unit, which moved there. Later, it was sold to the community of the Brothers of Christian Instruction, and then converted into a home for the elderly by its second to last owners.
Since 2002, the Beauséjour Inn offers a unique welcome. Ideal for lovers of the countryside and the good things in life. Relaxation and delicious food are waiting for you. Don't wait to discover our boutique, our rooms and our restaurant in the middle of Amqui.
